Course Description
A General Physician is the first point of contact for any person with any kind of a health problem. From minor cuts and bruises to major health conditions, all are usually seen by the GP first. Hence, the role of the GP in the community cannot be stressed enough.
GPs have an increasing role in planning and delivering healthcare. This session considers the learning outcomes described in the Community Orientation domain of the RCGP core curriculum and explores how to apply these to everyday situations.
What you will learn?
The course follows a structured format with multiple interactive sessions covering all health aspects all through the life cycle. These include health issues faced at every stage in life, from infancy, adolescence, adulthood, and old age. This course covers a wide range of health conditions including:

- Screening and Prevention of Eye Disease

Hands-on simulation workshop on Basic Life Support(BLS):
Participating and on completion of this AHA certified course would allow you to provide “Basic Life Support” along with prioritizing chest compressions and provide effective initial care.
Eligibility: Medical students (2nd year onwards), medical practitioners, all practitioners of general medicine.
Certifications: On successfully completing the course you will receive: e-GP course completion certificate.
Course validity: 13 months. There will be an extra charge for the extension of the course validity.
