Max International Fellowship in Neurocritical Care Medicine is a super-specialist fellowship program in the sub-specialty of Neurocritical Care Medicine.

This course is being conducted by the Institute of Critical Care Medicine & Max Super Specialty Hospital, Saket, in collaboration with the Max Institute of Medical Excellence (MIME).

Fellows will receive training in various aspects of Neurocritical Care, including but not limited to Critical Care, Neuroradiology, Neuro-intervention, and Neurology. Fellows will also be exposed to General Critical Care and rotated in other ICUs during their fellowship period.

At the end of the course, the fellow should be able to handle complex critically ill patients of Neurology and other disciplines to prepare them to function in either an academic center or a community hospital environment.

Eligibility

• MBBS / Equivalent Foreign graduate qualifications – with a minimum of two years of experience in Critical Care Medicine
• MRCP/ Equivalent PG qualification with a minimum of one year of experience in Critical Care Medicine
• MD (Medicine/ Pulmonary Medicine/ Anesthesiology) with a minimum of one year of experience in Critical Care Medicine
• FNB/ DNB (Critical Care Medicine) from an NMC/MCI recognized Institute

Course Fee: National – INR 5,00,000 and International – USD 10,000 (+18% GST)

Stipend: As per qualification & experience. International applicants will need NMC approval/ student visa.

Applicants will be selected based on the interview. 

Location: Max Super Specialty Hospital, Saket, New Delhi

Course validity: 13 months. There will be an extra charge for the extension of the course validity.
